Babu Jose, is an Architect and Managing Director of The Eye View developers Pvt. Ltd. with 24 years of overseas experience. He had been a part various Major projects all over the Saudi Arabia with Leading Companies like, Saudi Oger, Mimaria and NHB design. Some Projects include Palaces, Private villas, Residential compounds, Public building projects such as Museum (KAHC), Military building projects, Military airbase in Al-Kharj & Tabuk, (mainly Exterior & interior works) University (PNU at Riyadh), Kingdom Financial District (KFD at Riyadh), Star Hotel Projects (WAQF at Madheena), Military building projects (KAP01 at all over kingdom), Show rooms etc. He was responsible for the overall function of the Architectural design dept. & CAD Section, Solving problems on the computers,Train the Architects and Auto CADD operators when installing new programs and standards, Creating detailed shop drawings with proper coordination against Structural & MEP Synthesis drawings thru’ Auto CADD etc.
Since 2009 he started Eye view Developers as a part of his Dream Vision to prove himself to be an outstanding performer in this field with one of the drastic trend setter. He has achieved it up to the mark with several wonderful Designs cum construction projects like private Villas and commercial buildings etc.
In 2017 he has developed his margin up to UAE Countries with the opening of EVG Cladding and Contracting LLC, Dubai with Projects like Al Meena Tower at Abu- Dhabi thru’ Inventure Metal Products LLC only for External cladding (Curtain wall & ACP) works.
